There is a craze about nude flesh toned eyeliner pencils for the waterline, especially since Rimmel came out with one, that is supposed to be a dupe for the MAC nude pencil.
A nude / hús színű szemceruzák egyre népszerűbbek újabban. Amikor videókat kezdtem nézegetni pár éve, akkor még csak a MAC és a Stila nude ceruzáját emlegették, azóta viszont a Rimmel is előállt egy olcsó alternatívéval. Nálunk persze ez sem kapható, miért is lenne, de szerencsére a Catrice megoldotta a problémát.

The Rimmel pencil is not available here (of course, why would it be), and when I saw that Catrice will come out with their version, I instantly added it to my purchase list.
Consistency & longevity / Állag és tartósság:
It is a semi-soft pencil and glides on easily, however the first coat is not as even as I'd like it to be. After applying the first coat, wait for it to dry (it dries very quick), and then apply a second coat. It will stay on all day, and it's very opaque that way too. This pencil is more easy to work with and overall has a nicer consistency than e.g. the Essence SNMW pencils do.
A ceruza közepesen puha, lehetne puhább is, de nem irritálja a szemem felkenéskor. Könnyen felkenhető, de egy rétegben nem fed olyan egyenletesen, mint szeretném.
A trükk: várni kell, amíg az első réteg megszárad, és utána felkenni egy második réteget is. Így egész nap, foltos kopás nélkül fennmarad a vízvonalon, ami valljuk be, ritka a legtöbb szemceruza esetében. Egyedül az Aden vízálló fehér ceruzám bírja hasonlóan sokáig a strapát. Mind az állaga, mind a tartóssága jobb, mint pl. az Essence SNMW ceruzáké. Ez könnyebben felkenhető, és míg az Essence ceruzáit nagyon nehéz hegyezni, itt nincs ilyen gond.
If you like your liner to be subtle, just apply one coat. One coat will wear off towards the end of the day at the corners of your waterline. You can reapply it anytime, layering is not a problem with this one, as I said.
Aki szolidan szereti a vízvonalát kihúzni, az csak egy rétegben kenje fel. Így a nap vége fele a széleken lekopik, de bármikor felfrissíthetjük a vonalat, a rétegezés nem gond ezzel a ceruzával.
The pencil comes with its own sharpener that is a nice little addition from Catrice.

As I mentioned, after it dries, it doesn't come off. You can rub it or wash your hands numerous times, it only comes off with waterproof make-up remover. I tested it ony my hand at the store and basically I was walking around with swatches on my hand all day.
Száradás után nem jön le. Dörzsölheti az ember az ujjával és meleg vagy forró vízzel, egy kicsit megkopik ugyan, de a nagyja a helyén marad. Csak vízálló sminklemosóval lehet lemosni. A boltban óvatosan teszteljük, ha nem akarunk egész nap csíkos kézfejjel mászkálni.

Pro / Pozitívumok:
- stays put all day / egész nap fennmarad
- only comes off with waterproof make-up remover / csak vízálló sminklemosóval jön le
- makes you look awake / éberré teszi a tekintetet
- if you don't have the Rimmel one in your country, it is a great option / mivel nálunk a Rimmel nem kapható, ez egy jó alternatíva
- nice and sturdy packaging that comes with a sharpener/ ízléses és stabil csomagolás beépített hegyezővel
- very opaque in 2 coats / 2 rétegben nagyon erős a fedése és a színe
Con / Negatívumok:
- doesn't go on evenly in one coat / egy rétegben felkenve nem egyenletes
- you only get 0.3g (0.01oz) of product for your money (~6$) / 1200 Ft-ért csak 0.3 gramm terméket kapunk
- it could be softer / lehetne puhább is (mint pl az Avon Supershock ceruzák)
I'm really glad that I picked this pencil up, I was lusting over the Rimmel nude pencil, but now I have a nice dupe.
Összességében örülök, hogy megvettem. Egy ideje már sopánkodtam a Rimmel nude ceruzája miatt, de most végre találtam egy alternatívát.
